The SD Underground Circus is a short experimental film produced by Edgar.
In college, as part of the program at SD City College, Edgar produced and directed 30-minute TV news shows. The shows covered everything from international to local news and aired on ITV-16, a local television channel. This March 8th edition, was produced by him and also won an SD Press Club award.
